About this item
The KBDfans PBTfans 1984 keycaps listing bundles four kits in one: Base, Icon, Numpad and Novelties. Together they give broad coverage for a custom mechanical keyboard build. It's listed new at $89.99, a good fit for hobbyists refreshing a daily driver or finishing a new board.
Will the PBTfans 1984 keycap set cover my keyboard layout?
The Base kit handles the core keys, while Icon, Numpad and Novelties add extras. Whether that covers a 65%, TKL, split or full-size board depends on the kit contents shown in the listing.
- Layout check: compare the kit images against your board's bottom row and modifiers.
- Profile: confirm the keycap profile and stem type in the details.
- Material: check the listing rather than assuming from the name.
- Packaging: see whether all four kits are sealed.
Getting four kits in one purchase makes this an easy way to outfit a full build.
