About this item
The MSI Codex R2 AI gaming desktop pairs an Ultra 7 265 processor with RTX 5060 Ti graphics, 16GB of memory and a large 2TB SSD, and it comes with Windows 11 Home. At $1,500 new, it's aimed at gamers who want a prebuilt PC from a known brand and creators who edit video or stream on the side.
Is the MSI Codex R2 good for gaming and content creation?
On paper, yes. A current RTX card and 2TB of fast storage leave room for big game libraries and project files, and 16GB is enough for most gaming setups.
- VRAM: the RTX 5060 Ti comes in more than one memory size, so check which one is installed.
- RAM upgrades: heavy video editors may want 32GB, so confirm how many RAM slots it has.
- Wi-Fi and ports: check the specs section of the listing.
- Protection: the purchase is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
