About this item
This Intel NUC Core i7 mini PC (model NUC5i7RYH) saves space without giving up much speed. It's listed open box with a 3.40GHz Core i7, 16GB of RAM and a 1TB PCIe SSD, and it runs Windows 10, for $379.98. It works well on a home office desk, as a media center or as a compact home server.
Is an older Intel NUC5i7RYH still worth buying?
For browsing, office tasks, streaming and light server work, the 16GB of RAM and fast 1TB SSD keep it responsive. It's an older platform, so it won't suit modern gaming or heavy editing.
- Windows 10: support has ended, and this generation may not officially support Windows 11, so plan ahead.
- Power adapter: confirm it's included.
- Mounting bracket: check whether a monitor mount comes with it.
- Open box notes: check the photos for wear.
