About this item
This Asus ROG Zephyrus M15 GU502LW gaming laptop pairs a 10th gen Intel Core i7 with 16GB of RAM and an RTX 2070 Max-Q graphics chip. An independent eBay seller lists it open box for $480. That combination still suits 1080p gamers, students in design or engineering programs, and creators who edit video on the go.
Is the Asus ROG Zephyrus M15 GU502LW still good for gaming?
For many esports titles and older AAA games, yes, with settings tuned to match. Newer releases may need lower presets, so plan for that.
- Storage: the title doesn't list SSD size, so confirm capacity in the listing.
- Charger: gaming laptops depend on their power brick. Check that it's included.
- Battery and thermals: ask about battery health and fan noise under load.
- Open box condition: read the seller's notes and study photos of the screen, hinges and keyboard.
