About this item
Looking for a mid-budget Lenovo Legion 5 Pro gaming laptop? This open box listing at $720 combines an Intel i7-12700H, NVIDIA RTX 3050 Ti graphics, 16GB of RAM, a 512GB drive and a 165Hz screen.
Can the Legion 5 Pro with RTX 3050 Ti handle modern games?
The RTX 3050 Ti is an entry-level gaming GPU. Expect smooth play in esports titles and lighter games, with settings dialed down in demanding new releases. The 165Hz refresh rate rewards high frame rates in fast shooters.
- Check that the 512GB storage is an SSD and how much space is free.
- Ask about battery health, since open box units may have seen some use.
- Confirm the charger is included, because gaming laptops need their full-power adapter.
- 16GB RAM handles a game plus voice chat. Ask whether it can be upgraded.
It's also a sensible fit for students who game after class.
