About this item
Powering a big GPU calls for headroom, and the NZXT C1500 Platinum 1500W power supply brings plenty of it. This ATX 3.1 unit carries an 80+ Platinum efficiency rating and is listed as new, with the seller noting the factory wrap is torn.
Is the NZXT C1500 Platinum 1500W PSU overkill for a gaming PC?
For a single mid-range card, probably. For a high-end graphics card, heavy overclocking or a multi-GPU workstation, 1500W leaves room to grow without swapping supplies later.
- Torn wrap: study the photos and ask the seller whether the unit was ever installed.
- Cables: the title doesn't list them, so confirm the full cable set is included.
- Case fit: check the PSU length against your case clearance.
- Modularity: not stated, so look in the item specifics.
