About this item
This Dell monitor is listed open box at $42. At that price it suits a spare office screen, a student desk or a second display at home. The catch is that the title gives no model number, size or resolution, so you'll need to rely on the listing details.
What should you confirm before buying an open-box Dell monitor?
Start with the model number. Then look up its size, resolution and inputs to make sure it fits your desk and works with your computer.
- Check the photos for the model label, the stand and any marks on the screen.
- Find out which inputs it has (HDMI, DisplayPort or VGA) and whether a video cable and power cord are included.
- Ask the seller whether it has been tested and turns on.
- Your purchase is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
Once you know the model, you'll know whether this is a bargain.
