About this item
The Logitech K740 illuminated wired USB keyboard is aimed at people who type in dim rooms. Think students working late, night-shift office staff, or anyone who wants lit keys without batteries or pairing. Because it connects over USB, setup is as simple as plugging in a cable.
Is $270 a fair price for an open-box K740 keyboard?
That price is high for a wired backlit keyboard, so compare other listings first. Open box can mean anything from unused to lightly handled. Read the seller's notes on why it was opened.
- Zoom in on the photos for worn key legends or shiny keycaps.
- Check that the description says all keys and the illumination work.
- See whether the original packaging or paperwork is included.
- Make sure your computer has a free USB port, or plan for an adapter.
