About this item
If you're shopping for a SteelSeries Apex 3 TKL German keyboard, you already know the layout matters. It suits German-language typists and gamers who want more room for the mouse and don't need a number pad.
Will a German-layout gaming keyboard work for you?
German layouts usually use QWERTZ with umlaut keys, so letters and symbols sit in different spots than on a US board. That's great if it's what you type on and awkward if it isn't.
- Check that the key legends in the photos match a German layout.
- Check the connection type and cable details in the description.
- Look for a list of included items, since the title doesn't give one.
- The listing may be written in German, so translate anything you're unsure about.
