About this item
The HP Victus 15 RTX 4050 laptop (model 15-fa2082wm) pairs an Intel Core i5-13420H with 16GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD and a 15.6-inch 144Hz display. At $650 open box, it's a budget gaming laptop worth comparing against sealed copies of the same model.
What should you check on an open-box Victus 15?
Open box can mean anything from a quick customer return to a unit that saw real use, so read the seller's notes carefully.
- Charger: make sure the power adapter is included, since gaming laptops need their full-power brick.
- Battery and screen: ask about battery health and look for scratches or dead pixels.
- Software: confirm whether Windows is installed and activated.
- Use case: the 144Hz screen suits esports titles, and 16GB of RAM handles schoolwork and streaming alongside games.
A solid fit for students and first-time PC gamers, and covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
