About this item
If a full tower feels like overkill, the new Beelink EQR5 mini desktop computer is worth a look at $329.99. The listing pairs a Ryzen 5 Pro 5650U processor with 16GB of RAM, 500GB of storage and Windows Pro.
Is a Ryzen 5 Pro 5650U mini PC enough for office and home use?
For spreadsheets, browsing, streaming and remote work, a Ryzen 5 Pro chip with 16GB of RAM is a well-matched pairing. Windows Pro adds business features, such as domain join, that home editions lack.
- Storage type: confirm the 500GB drive is an SSD.
- Windows version: check whether it's Windows 10 Pro or Windows 11 Pro.
- Mounting: look for a VESA bracket if you want it behind a monitor.
- Ports: make sure it has the display outputs you need.
