About this item
At $949, this OpenAI Codex Creator Micro Silent is aimed at collectors who want a sealed limited edition that the seller already has, rather than a pre-order. It's the Silent variant, so it also suits quiet home offices and shared workspaces if you plan to use it rather than display it.
Why pay more for an in-hand Codex Creator Micro Silent?
The extra cost buys certainty: no presale wait, and a sealed box you can inspect in the photos. Whether that's worth it depends on how soon you want the keyboard and how much you value an unopened box.
- Compare the price with presale listings for the Silent version.
- Ask for close-up photos of the seal and the box labels.
- Check that both Creator and Silent appear on the packaging.
- Keep it sealed if you're buying it as a collectible.
