About this item
If your CAD, coding or data work needs a full-size machine, the Dell Pro Max Tower T2 desktop is worth a look. This certified refurbished tower lists an Intel Core Ultra 5 235, 16GB RAM, a 512GB SSD and Windows 11 Pro for $1,213.73.
Is the Dell Pro Max Tower T2 a good entry workstation?
An Ultra 5 with 16GB is a modest configuration for a workstation tower. It suits small studios, engineers and developers who plan to add memory, storage or graphics later.
- Graphics: the title doesn't list a GPU, so check whether it uses integrated graphics or includes a card.
- Upgrades: confirm free RAM slots and drive bays in the listing or in Dell's documentation.
- Refurb notes: read what the refurbisher tested or replaced.
- Coverage: the eBay Money Back Guarantee applies.
A sensible starting point if you want a pro tower now and plan to upgrade later.
