What does open box mean for a 2021 Surface laptop?
It usually means the packaging has been opened, but the seller's description tells you the actual condition. Read it carefully, especially since this model is a few years old.
- Confirm the full model name, since the title shortens it to "Surface 4."
- Ask about battery health, and the cycle count if the seller has it.
- Make sure the power supply is included.
- 32GB of RAM and 1TB of storage are plenty for office, school and photo work.
If it doesn't arrive as described, the eBay Money Back Guarantee covers this purchase.
