About this item
A refurbished Dell OptiPlex 3050 Micro with an i5-6500T, 16GB of DDR4 and a 256GB SSD makes a tidy office PC for $265.99. The Micro size takes up very little desk space, which suits reception desks, home offices and small-business workstations.
Is the OptiPlex 3050 Micro fast enough for office work?
For email, web apps, spreadsheets and video calls, an i5 with 16GB of RAM and an SSD should feel responsive. It isn't meant for gaming or heavy video editing.
- It's listed with Windows 10 Pro, which stopped getting free security updates in October 2025. 6th-gen Intel chips aren't on Microsoft's official Windows 11 list.
- Check that a power adapter is included.
- 256GB is fine for documents. Use cloud or USB storage for large files.
- It's Certified Refurbished and covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
