About this item
The Dell 7050 Micro is a former business mini PC that now makes a budget desk machine, thin client or home server. This Certified - Refurbished unit lists an Intel i5-6500T, 8GB RAM, a 128GB M.2 SSD and Windows 10 Pro.
Is a Dell 7050 Micro with Windows 10 Pro still worth it?
For light office tasks or a box to tinker with, it can be. Windows 10 has reached end of support, so ask the seller whether this PC can move to a newer Windows version, or plan to run Linux.
- 128GB is tight. Check whether the listing mentions a second drive slot.
- Confirm that the power adapter is included.
- Good uses: a home lab, a media server, a point-of-sale station or a kids' homework PC.
- Check the photos for case wear and missing port covers.
