About this item
At $44.99, this certified refurbished AULA F99 wireless mechanical keyboard keeps the cost low and still lists the features hobbyists look for: tri-mode connectivity, hot-swappable switches and a gasket-mount build. It's a good fit for students, budget gamers and anyone who wants to try custom keyboards without spending much.
What does hot-swappable mean on the AULA F99 mechanical keyboard?
Hot-swappable sockets let you pull switches out and fit compatible ones without soldering, so you can change the feel later. Check the description to see which switches are installed now.
- Tri-mode parts: wireless modes often need a receiver, so make sure it's included along with the cable.
- Power: check how the keyboard is powered in wireless mode. If it's rechargeable, ask how well the battery holds up.
- Refurb notes: read what the certified refurbishment covered and look for any cosmetic marks noted.
- Keycaps: photos show the keycap condition and layout better than words do.
