About this item
If you like to remap every key, the Keychron Q8 Pro wireless mechanical keyboard is worth a look. It's QMK/VIA programmable and listed as new for $129.99. You can set up macros, layers and custom shortcuts for coding, design work or gaming.
Why does QMK/VIA support matter on a custom mechanical keyboard?
QMK/VIA lets you change what each key does in software, so you aren't stuck with the factory layout. That helps if you use a lot of shortcuts in editing apps or want a separate layer for media controls.
- Wireless: the listing title is cut off, so read the full listing for the exact connection options.
- Switches: check which switch type is installed.
- Layout: look at the photos to make sure the Q8 layout suits how you type.
- Box contents: check whether a cable and any tools are included.
