About this item
The ASUS ROG Strix Scope II gaming keyboard uses pre-lubed ROG RX Red linear switches and is listed new for $90.00. Linear switches press straight down without a tactile bump. Many players like that for fast, repeated inputs in shooters and action games.
Are RX Red linear switches on the Strix Scope II good for typing?
Plenty of people use linear switches for both gaming and typing, though some typists prefer a bump for feedback. If you've only used membrane keyboards, expect a smoother feel.
- Layout and size: the title doesn't give the form factor, so confirm it in the photos.
- Connection: check the description for how it connects and which cables are included.
- Lighting: look in the listing for any RGB details.
- Coverage: covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
It's a strong option for a dedicated gaming setup.
