About this item
Low-sensitivity gamers who swing the mouse wide know the problem: a full keyboard takes up too much space. The Razer Huntsman Mini 60% gaming keyboard drops the number pad and function row. What's left is a compact black, illuminated board with a USB-C connection and an EN QWERTY layout. This one is open box at $45.
Is a 60% keyboard practical for everyday use?
For gaming and general typing, yes. The catch is that arrow keys and F-keys move to secondary layers. Coders and spreadsheet users should be sure they're comfortable with that trade-off.
- Confirm the USB-C cable is in the box, since that's how the keyboard connects.
- Check the photos for shine or wear on the WASD keys.
- Ask whether the lighting has been tested across all keys.
- The layout is listed as EN QWERTY. Verify US or UK layout if you're particular.
