What should I check on an open-box Dell XPS 17 9720?
Open box can mean anything from unused to lightly handled, so the listing photos and notes matter.
- Screen and chassis: Zoom in on the photos for scratches, dents or pressure marks.
- Charger: Confirm that a power adapter is included.
- Battery: Ask the seller for battery health if it isn't listed.
- Specs: Request a screenshot confirming the 64GB of RAM and 2TB of storage.
- Operating system: The title doesn't mention one, so ask what's installed.
