About this item
The Zotac ZBox MI522 Nano barebones mini PC is an open box Intel Core i3-5010U unit sold without RAM or an SSD for $36.00. That makes it a low-cost starting point for tinkerers who already have spare parts on hand.
What do you need to add to a barebones ZBox MI522 Nano?
Memory and a storage drive at minimum, plus an operating system. Check the listing or the model's documentation for the supported RAM type and drive format before ordering parts.
- Good uses: a light home server, network ad blocker, media player or Linux learning machine.
- Power adapter: confirm one is included, as it's easy to miss on barebones units.
- Condition: review photos for case damage and port wear.
- Seller code: "T12-C9" looks like an inventory label, not a spec.
