About this item
Under $300, this certified refurbished Dell Latitude 5490 14-inch comes with an Intel Core i7-8650U, 8GB of DDR4 memory, a 256GB NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD and a 1080p Full HD screen for $277.99. It's a sensible pick for remote workers and college students.
How does the Latitude 5490 i7 handle everyday office work?
An i7 with a fast NVMe SSD keeps Microsoft Office, Teams calls, web apps and multiple browser tabs running smoothly. For heavier multitasking, check whether the listing mentions a spare memory slot for adding RAM.
- Screen: 1080p on 14 inches keeps text sharp during long document sessions.
- Storage: 256GB is enough for work files. Move photos and video to the cloud.
- Operating system: not named in the title, so check which version is installed.
- Battery and charger: look for battery health info and an included charger.
