About this item
A worn-out HP trackpoint cap makes the pointing stick slippery and hard to control. This lot of replacement caps is listed for HP 840, 850, 740, 750, 745 and 755 G7 and G8 laptops. At $114.40 it is priced as a multi-piece lot, so it suits IT departments, refurbishers and repair shops more than a single home user.
Will these HP trackpoint caps fit my laptop?
The seller lists the 840, 850, 740, 750, 745 and 755 in G7 and G8 versions. Check the label on the bottom of your laptop to confirm the exact model and generation before you order.
- Quantity: the title says lot but gives no count, so check the listing for how many caps are included.
- Cost per cap: divide the price by the quantity to compare it with smaller packs.
- Condition: listed as new.
- Fleet use: a handy stock of spares if you keep several of these models in service.
