About this item
This retro gaming PC pairs an AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000 with ATI graphics and a multiboot setup for Windows 98SE, Windows XP and DOS. The seller lists 50 games with it. It's aimed at collectors and anyone who wants period-correct hardware for classic PC titles instead of fiddling with emulators.
Is a Win98SE and XP multiboot retro PC worth it over emulation?
For old DOS and early Windows games, real hardware avoids many timing and sound quirks. The value here is a setup that's already done for you.
- Ask which 50 games are installed and whether a full list appears in the photos.
- The title doesn't state the ATI card model, RAM or drive size, so check the description.
- It's listed as open box. Review photos of the case, ports and any included accessories.
- Confirm whether a keyboard, mouse or monitor is part of the sale.
