About this item
128GB of memory is rare in a laptop, and it's the headline feature of this ThinkPad P16 Gen 3 with 128GB RAM and 2TB. It pairs that memory with an Ultra 9 285HX and an RTX Pro 2000 8GB GPU. The build targets people who run local AI models, several virtual machines, large simulations or huge architectural files that overwhelm smaller systems.
Do you really need 128GB RAM in the ThinkPad P16 Gen 3?
Only if your apps already fill 64GB. For typical CAD or editing, the extra memory sits idle, so check your current usage before spending $5,099.
- Ask the seller to confirm the memory configuration matches the title.
- Check which operating system ships with it.
- Confirm the charger is included and the packaging is intact for a new unit.
- 2TB is generous, but big datasets can outgrow it, so plan your storage ahead.
The 16-inch 3.2K OLED touch screen rounds out the package, and the order is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
