What should you check on an open box gaming PC?
Prebuilt towers take a beating in transit, so internal parts can shift. Read the description to see how the system was tested, and look at photos of the interior if the seller offers them.
- Confirm whether Windows is installed, since the title doesn't say.
- Ask whether the power cable and any included peripherals are present.
- Check the case for cracks or scuffs.
- Plan ahead for storage if your game library will outgrow 1TB.
