About this item
A wireless mechanical numpad kit fixes a common problem with compact keyboards: you lose fast number entry. This TISHLED listing is new, with RGB backlighting and hot swappable sockets, and sells for $65.99. It's a good fit for spreadsheet work, accounting and game hotkeys.
Does this numpad kit come with switches and keycaps?
The word 'kit' sometimes means a barebones board, so don't assume either is included. Read the description to see exactly what comes in the box before you order.
- Hot swap: you can change switches without soldering, which makes it easy to match your main keyboard's feel.
- Wireless: check which connection modes are supported and whether a cable is included.
- RGB: see whether the lighting effects can be adjusted and how.
- Compatibility: confirm it works with your operating system.
This is a tidy add-on for 60% and 75% keyboard owners who still need a ten-key.
