About this item
Hobbyists who like to tinker will appreciate a hot swappable mechanical keyboard such as the Aula F98, offered open box at $40 in black and purple. It has a gasket design and RGB lighting. The title also describes it as "3 in," which usually points to three connection options.
Why does hot swappable matter on a gasket mechanical keyboard?
Hot swap sockets let you change switches without soldering, so you can try a new feel and sound over time. Many people choose gasket mounting for a softer typing feel.
- Connections: check the listing to confirm what the "3 in" label covers.
- Switches: the title doesn't name them, so ask the seller.
- Extras: confirm whether any pullers, a cable or a receiver are included.
- Protection: the eBay Money Back Guarantee applies.
An easy entry point into the custom keyboard hobby.
