About this item
Clean white styling and RGB lighting set this open-box iBUYPOWER Element gaming desktop apart. Inside, the title lists a Ryzen 5 8400F, an RX 6500 XT graphics card, 16GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD, a setup geared toward 1080p gaming and a tidy desk build.
Is the iBUYPOWER Element with RX 6500 XT worth $1,000?
Weigh it against other open-box and new desktops at a similar price. The RX 6500 XT is an entry-level card, so serious high-settings players may want a stronger GPU.
- Open-box reason: ask whether it was returned, used or just unboxed.
- Peripherals: check if a keyboard and mouse came with the original package.
- Upgrade room: look for power supply wattage before planning a GPU swap.
- Wi-Fi: confirm wireless support if you won't use Ethernet.
