Who is an Athlon 64 X2 Linux and Windows PC good for?
Think light duty: word processing, tinkering with Fedora, or reading old CDs and DVDs. It isn't a match for gaming, video editing or heavy multitasking.
- Office license: ask which MS Office version is included and whether it's properly licensed.
- Boot setup: confirm how the two operating systems are installed.
- Windows 10 updates: mainstream support has ended, so check how the seller has it configured before going online.
- Price: compare $289 against newer used desktops before deciding.
