**OBOX RETAIL** MSI MAG401QR 40" UWQHD Flat IPS Gaming Monitor, 155Hz/1ms HDR400

About this item

A 40-inch flat ultrawide offers a lot of horizontal space, and the open-box MSI MAG401QR gaming monitor pairs it with an IPS panel, UWQHD resolution, a 155Hz refresh rate, 1ms response time and HDR400 support. Racing and flight-sim fans get a wide field of view, while spreadsheet users and editors gain room for side-by-side windows.

Is a 40-inch UWQHD flat monitor better than a curved ultrawide?

Flat screens keep straight lines true for design and office work, while curved models wrap around you. Choose based on how you sit and what you do most.

• Panel check: open-box screens deserve a close look at photos for scratches or pixel notes.
• GPU demand: high frame rates at UWQHD need a capable graphics card.
• Cables and stand: confirm the stand and video cable are included.
• Desk depth: a 40-inch panel needs room, so measure your space against the listed dimensions.
