About this item
Swapping in a Cherry profile PBT keycap set is one of the cheapest ways to change how a mechanical keyboard looks and feels, and this CannonKeys Basics NicePBT set comes in a clean WoB (white legends on black) style. It's listed brand new at $29.99.
Will the CannonKeys NicePBT WoB set fit my keyboard?
Most likely if your board uses MX-style switches, but layout coverage is what usually trips people up.
- Layout: the title doesn't list kit contents, so check which sizes (like spacebar and shift lengths) are included.
- Material: PBT tends to resist shine better than ABS over long use.
- Profile: Cherry is a lower sculpted profile many typists like.
- Tools: a keycap puller makes the swap easier if you don't have one.
It's an easy weekend upgrade for keyboard hobbyists.
