About this item
This Alienware 15 gaming laptop (model DA15265) has an NVIDIA RTX 4050, an AMD Ryzen 5 220, 16GB of memory, 512GB of storage and a 15-inch 165Hz display, and it's listed new for $939. That setup is aimed at mainstream gaming, and the high refresh rate makes motion look smoother in fast games.
Is the Alienware 15 with RTX 4050 good for gaming and school?
For students who game after class, an RTX 4050 laptop with 16GB of RAM is a solid middle ground. Streamers and creators may fill 512GB quickly and want room to expand.
- Storage type: the title says 512GB but not the drive type, so confirm it in the specs.
- Display: the title gives the 165Hz refresh rate but not the resolution, so check the panel details.
- Charger: make sure the power adapter is included and pictured.
- Upgrades: check whether the listing mentions upgradable RAM or a second drive slot.
