Still sealed in its original packaging, this vintage AMVETS American flag honors three generations of service: WWII, Korea and Vietnam veterans. It's listed as sealed NOS (new old stock) for $49.95.
Should I open a sealed NOS AMVETS flag?
Collectors often leave new old stock sealed to keep its condition and display value. If you'd rather fly it, opening it is your call. The title doesn't give size or material, so check the listing first.
- Check the photos of the packaging for tears, yellowing or labels.
- Ask the seller about its approximate age if dating matters to you.
- A good gift for a veterans' post member or a family with a history of service.
- Store it away from sunlight to protect the packaging.
