Open box listings can bring high-end specs down to a lower price, like this Dell 16 Plus touch laptop (DB16250) at $999.99. The title lists a 16" 1920x1200 touch display, an Ultra 9 288V processor, 32GB of RAM, a 1TB SSD and Windows 11 Home.
What should I check on an open box Dell 16 Plus DB16250?
Open box means the package has been opened. The laptop may have been lightly used or just returned. Check the photos and description for notes on the screen, keyboard and accessories.
- Charger: confirm it's included, because open box items are sometimes missing parts.
- Battery: if the listing doesn't mention battery health, ask the seller.
- Workload: 32GB and 1TB suit creators, students with demanding courses and anyone who runs lots of apps at once.
- Display: the 1920x1200 screen is a bit taller than standard, which helps with documents.
