Will this Magic Keyboard with Touch ID work with my Mac?
Touch ID on this model is meant for Apple silicon Macs, so check your Mac's chip under About This Mac. Older Intel-based Macs aren't covered by the title's compatibility note.
- Layout: the title is cut off after US, so confirm whether it has a numeric keypad.
- Cable: see if the charging cable is part of the open-box contents.
- Condition: look for shine on keys and scuffs on the frame in photos.
- Best for: students, office users and creators on a MacBook or Mac desktop.
