About this item
This open-box Lenovo ThinkPad P1 Gen 7 OLED gives creators a slim workstation for less than a sealed unit. It has an Ultra 7 165H, 32GB of RAM, a 1TB SSD and RTX 2000 Ada graphics, all for $2,599.
What should I check on an open-box OLED workstation?
Focus on the screen and the accessories. An OLED panel is the reason many people buy this model, so a close look at the listing photos matters.
- Look for photos of the display powered on, and ask about any marks or burn-in.
- Confirm the charger is included and that the seller has listed any missing items.
- Ask about battery health and whether the unit has been reset.
- RTX 2000 Ada graphics suit photo editing, video work and 3D modeling more than high-end gaming.
