About this item
The HP ZBook 8 G1i 14 in this open-box listing combines an Ultra 7 255H processor, 32GB RAM, a 1TB SSD and RTX 500 Ada graphics with a WQXGA display, priced at $1,399.00. That combination suits engineers, designers and creators who run CAD, photo or video tools away from the desk.
Is an open-box HP ZBook 8 G1i 14 a smart buy?
It can be, once you confirm what "open box" means for this unit. The title also mentions "WTY 2030," so ask the seller exactly what that warranty covers and whether it transfers to you.
- Condition: look for photos of the lid, screen and keyboard.
- Accessories: confirm the charger and original box are included.
- Operating system: the title doesn't list one, so check the item specifics.
- Battery: ask whether battery health has been checked.
For professional workloads, the 32GB of memory and 1TB of storage leave plenty of headroom.
