About this item
An open-box ASUS ROG Ally Z1 Extreme is an affordable way into handheld PC gaming at $460. It pairs the AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme chip with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD. The 7-inch 120Hz screen works well for couch sessions, travel and quick games between classes.
Is an open-box ROG Ally Z1 Extreme worth it?
It can be, as long as the listing confirms what you're actually getting. Open box usually means the packaging has been opened, so read the seller's notes closely.
- Accessories: check whether the charger and original box are included.
- Screen and sticks: look for photos of the display and joysticks, and ask about drift or scratches.
- Storage: 512GB fills fast with big games, so plan which titles you'll keep installed.
- Protection: the purchase is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
