About this item
This certified refurbished Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 with RTX 5070 Ti comes with 64GB of RAM, a 2TB SSD and a 16" WQXGA display for about $2,006. That's a lot of memory for a gaming laptop, so it also handles streaming, video editing and 3D work well.
Is a refurbished Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 worth it?
It can be, as long as the refurbishment terms are clear. Certified refurbished usually means the manufacturer or an approved refurbisher restored and checked the laptop, so look for who did the work.
- Cosmetic grade: look for notes on scratches or wear.
- Battery: ask about battery health, which matters more on a refurbished laptop.
- Charger: gaming laptops need their full-wattage adapter, so confirm it's included.
- Resolution: WQXGA (2560 x 1600) is a good match for the RTX 5070 Ti in modern games.
