About this item

At about $127, this certified refurbished Acer EB321HQU 31.5-inch 2560x1440 monitor is a budget option for anyone moving up from 1080p. The title lists 100Hz, a 1ms response time, 250 nits brightness and part number UM.JE1AA.301. It suits students, home offices and casual gamers who want more screen space without spending much.

Is the Acer EB321HQU's 2560x1440 sharp enough at 31.5 inches?

It's a comfortable step up for spreadsheets and browsing, with larger text than a 27-inch screen at the same resolution. Pixel density is lower, so fine detail looks softer than on 4K.

• Read what the refurbished grading covers in the listing.
• Check which cables and stand parts are included.
• 250 nits works well indoors, but very bright rooms may feel dim.
• Confirm your PC's video output supports 100Hz at this resolution.
