About this item

What should you check on an open box Dell 15 laptop?
The title gives no processor, RAM or storage details, so the item specifics and photos matter more than usual here.
- Core specs: find the CPU, RAM and SSD size before comparing prices.
- Charger: open box units sometimes lack accessories, so confirm that a power adapter is included.
- Setup: ask whether the operating system is installed and activated, and whether the laptop has been reset.
- Cosmetics: look closely at the photos of the screen, lid and keyboard.
If the laptop doesn't match the listing, your purchase is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
