About this item
A Dell OptiPlex 7070 SFF desktop with an Intel Core i7-9700 at 3GHz is a common choice for budget office setups. This open-box unit costs $200.00 and comes with 8GB of RAM and a 128GB SSD. The small form factor case fits under a monitor or on a crowded desk.
Is the OptiPlex 7070 a good cheap office desktop?
The i7-9700 still handles spreadsheets, web apps and video meetings comfortably. The modest memory and storage are what most buyers end up upgrading.
- Operating system: The title doesn't say which OS is installed, so confirm it.
- Storage: 128GB is tight. Budget for a larger SSD if you keep files locally.
- Wi-Fi: The title doesn't mention it, so check before buying.
- Included items: See whether a power cable is listed.
