About this item
At $21.99 new, this 61-key RGB gaming keyboard is an easy way into the 60% compact format. It drops the number pad and arrow cluster, which leaves more room for wide mouse swipes. That's a big plus in low-sensitivity shooters.
Is a 61-key RGB gaming keyboard right for a PC setup?
It can be if you rarely use a numpad. You lose dedicated arrow keys and F-keys, which are usually reached through a function layer. In return, you get a cleaner desk and a board that's easy to pack for LAN nights.
- 8-color backlit: check the listing to see whether the lighting modes can be adjusted.
- Switch type and connection (wired or wireless) aren't in the title, so confirm both.
- Look at the layout photo to see where the function shortcuts are.
- A good fit for students and first-time builders on a budget.
