About this item
The Asus ROG Strix B460-H LGA 1200 ATX motherboard is a practical choice for rebuilding or upgrading an Intel 10th Gen system that uses DDR4 memory. It's listed as open box, which makes sense for a budget gaming build or for replacing a failed board in an office tower.
What should you check on an open box LGA 1200 motherboard?
The socket is the part most worth checking in photos, because bent pins can stop a board from starting up. The points below help you avoid surprises on build day.
- Socket cover: look for the plastic cap and clear close-up photos of the pins.
- Accessories: confirm the I/O shield, SATA cables and manual if you need them.
- CPU fit: pair it with an Intel 10th Gen LGA 1200 processor.
- Case: make sure your case accepts an ATX board.
If the photos are unclear, ask for a socket close-up before you buy.
