About this item
Need Gateron keyboard switches to fix dead keys or refresh a hot-swap keyboard? This new listing includes 35 switches for $19.99, enough to replace a set of worn keys or swap out the ones you use most. It suits hobbyists, gamers who want to try a different feel and anyone repairing a mechanical keyboard.
Will these Gateron keyboard switches fit my board?
Many hot-swap keyboards take MX-style switches, but fit depends on your keyboard's sockets. The title doesn't name the switch type or pin count, so confirm both in the listing.
- Switch type: linear, tactile or clicky? Check the description.
- Pins: 3-pin vs. 5-pin matters on some keyboards.
- Count: the pack has 35 switches, so count the keys you plan to replace before ordering.
- Tools: a switch puller makes swapping easier, so see if one is included.
