About this item
For budget gaming builds on AM4, the AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-core, 12-thread CPU remains a sensible pick. This listing sells it as an OEM tray processor for $139.99. Tray packaging usually means just the chip, without the retail box or extras. That keeps the price down for builders who already have cooling sorted.
What does an OEM tray Ryzen 5 5600X include?
Expect the processor itself and little else, but read the listing to see exactly what's packed.
- Cooling: plan on an aftermarket cooler unless the seller lists one.
- Motherboard: some AM4 boards need a BIOS update first, so check your board's CPU support page.
- Graphics: the title mentions no built-in graphics, so plan for a graphics card.
- Condition: look at the pin photos, since loose chips can bend in transit.
It suits students and first-time builders putting together a 1080p gaming or study PC.
