About this item
For about the price of a textbook, this Acer Chromebook 315 gives you a 15.6-inch screen, a Celeron N4500 processor, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of SSD storage. It's certified refurbished and listed at $134.84, which makes it a fit for younger students, a spare family computer or a dedicated browsing laptop.
Is the Acer Chromebook 315 with 4GB RAM fast enough?
It's fine for Google Docs, Classroom, email and streaming. With 4GB of RAM, though, it will slow down if you open many tabs at once. Keep your workload light.
- Large screen: 15.6 inches is easier on the eyes for long homework sessions.
- Storage: 64GB works best if you save files to the cloud.
- Updates and battery: check how long this model gets Chrome OS updates, and look for battery notes in the refurb description.
- Protection: covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
