About this item
The Acer V227Q 21.5-inch monitor is a budget 1080p screen for a home office desk, a student dorm or a second display beside a laptop. It runs at 1920 x 1080 with a 100Hz refresh rate and 4ms response time, so scrolling and casual gaming feel smoother than on a basic 60Hz panel. At $24.99 and listed as new, it is an easy way to add screen space.
Is the Acer V227Q 21.5-inch monitor good for gaming?
For casual and esports-style games, yes. 100Hz at 1080p is easy for most graphics cards to drive. Competitive players chasing very high frame rates may want a faster panel.
- Inputs: the title doesn't list ports, so check the listing and photos for HDMI or VGA.
- Stand and cables: check whether a stand base, power cable and video cable are included.
- Dual setups: the 21.5-inch size pairs well as a secondary monitor.
- Buyer protection: purchases are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
